What you can sort out yourself, and how to reach a person when you cannot.

The contact details on this page are not set up yet

Anything shown like [THIS] is still blank. We have deliberately not printed an address that nobody is reading — a message sent into a dead inbox is worse than no address at all.

Getting in touch

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS], or ring [SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER] between [SUPPORT HOURS, INCLUDING TIME ZONE].

We aim to answer within [RESPONSE TIME].

Post: [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS].

Changing your password

Go to your settings page, open Security, and enter your current password and the new one. It needs to be at least 8 characters.

If you are locked out

There is no “forgot my password” link yet, and we would rather tell you that straight than show you a button that does nothing. Sending you a reset link needs email sending that has not been set up on this product yet.

Until it is, contact us on the details above and we will get you back in after checking who you are.

Getting a copy of your records

Your settings page has a button that downloads everything the product holds about you and your station as a single file.

Closing your account

Also on your settings page. It permanently removes your station records, so take a copy first if you want one. If you are on a paid plan, cancel it on the billing page first — otherwise the payment would keep coming out after the account was gone.

When a number looks wrong

If a paddock shows no grazing days, it is usually because one of three things is missing: the paddock area, a mob in it, or a recent pasture assessment. The feed page names which one rather than guessing.

If a water point shows no days of water left, it usually needs a capacity recorded or a check with an observed level.
